Stuart Stead Head of Property & Construction Cowgills
We praise local homebuilders for improving our communities.
The Cowgills North West Homebuilder Awards is the event for small to medium sized homebuilders to come together to celebrate and recognise the excellent work that takes place to meet the country’s growing need for new homes.
Awards done differently.
The first of its kind – not just in the North West – but in the UK. Specifically acknowledging the hard work being undertaken by SMEs to meet the region’s housing requirements.
All categories are open exclusively for entry by SMEs with the awards focusing on the work being completed by homebuilders and developers in the North West.
To maintain the integrity of the awards, sponsors and judges are not eligible to enter an award.

Our charity partner is the UK’s children’s charity the NSPCC.
The NSPCC provides children and young people with the support they need to thrive through therapeutic services, national helplines, groundbreaking research and campaigning for change.
The Cowgills North West Homebuilder Awards is a NOT FOR PROFIT event, with all proceeds made on the evening going to support the great work that the NSPCC does.
This year in order to raise even more sponsorship for the NSPCC we have many more sponsorship opportunities available.
